If you do not seem to have received our email, please first check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder as sometimes they (annoyingly!) go into one of these folders by mistake. If the message has been filtered, you may find an option to 'Mark as safe' or 'Add sender to white-list.'
Or you could try using your email providers "search" function to look for our email address ‘support@rethinkacademy.com’.

Please note we send all program related correspondence to the email address you gave us when you registered. These days, people often have several email accounts so please make sure you are looking in the same email account you gave us when you registered.
If you still cannot access your details, please send us an email to support@rethinkacademy.com and we will get back to you Monday to Sunday within 24 to 48 hours - often sooner!
