If you are having issues with the size of your banner on Blogger, you need to ensure the width of your banner matches the width of your blog template.
Go to Theme, and on the theme, click customise: (We recommend the Simple Theme).
Click on advanced in the options on the left side – and then click on body to choose the next option which will be widths. You can then adjust your width accordingly.
