In your email, if you need help with one of our video training modules, please include as much detail as possible with so that we can swiftly help you:
- the heading name and video name (e.g. "Blogger" module > "5. Column and posts" video)
- the time of the query within the video (e.g. 5 mins, 30 seconds from start)
- a description of your query
- any further information you wish to provide
