The short answer is yes.
Facebook requires all Business Pages to be linked to an authentic personal account so that they can administrate the Page.
We suggest that you create the Page from your new personal ("business") Facebook account: select "Business or Brand".
Your personal profile is NOT displayed or visible on your page - this can be kept private.
