Clients have the option to cancel their subscription within the 14-day trial period. If a client is billed after the trial period, it is most likely because they canceled their account after the trial period had ended.
Note that this option for clients to cancel their subscription is available as long as it's before the 14-day trial period. Once it's past the 14 days, the charge will be automated and the client needs to reach out to us so we could manually cancel the charge
